Who We Serve

Who Must Comply
All heavy-duty diesel and alternative fuel vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) over 14,000 pounds that operate in California must comply with the Clean Truck Check program. This includes trucks registered in California as well as out-of-state vehicles that travel into the state. Fleets of all sizes — from single-unit owner-operators to large companies — are required to participate. Compliance ensures that emission control systems are functioning properly, helping keep vehicles road-legal while avoiding costly fines, penalties, or downtime.
OBD TEST
We perform a full on-site diagnostic scan and visual inspection of your truck’s emission system. The results are uploaded directly to CARB, ensuring your compliance record is current.
PORTAL
SETUP
We assist with creating or updating your CTC-VIS portal account, registering each VIN, and confirming the $30 compliance fee. This ensures your test results are properly linked and visible to CARB and DMV.
uPLOAD & pROOF
After testing, we immediately upload results to the CARB database. You’ll receive a confirmation with your certificate ID to clear DMV holds and prove compliance.

Mobile OBD Testing - Weekends and After Hours
Our mobile OBD testing service is designed with fleet operations in mind. By offering inspections during evenings and weekends, we eliminate the need to pull trucks off the road during business hours. This means your vehicles stay productive during the day, while still staying compliant with Clean Truck Check requirements. On-site, after-hours testing reduces downtime, avoids scheduling conflicts, and helps ensure your entire fleet stays on track with emissions compliance without disrupting daily routes or customer commitments.
